CONSTRUCTION OF THE NEW WASTE WATER TREATMENT PLANT
Buftea wastewater treatment plant is a wastewater treatment plant SBR type (Reactor with sequential working) having as technological process: biological nitrification – denitrification and chemical dephosphorization, with two lines. Each line can be operated independently.
The produced sludge after mechanical- biological wastewater treatment is treated and then discharged according to the sludge management strategy. The sludge is dewatered using a modern plant that uses the electro osmosis principle to achieve dry matter content of at least 35%.
