The social and economic development of cities is driven by an anthropogenic resource: the built space.
In the civil construction works we have implemented administrative projects, as well commercial, office and residential projects. We have been involved in construction of perfect workspace for local public administrations through rehabilitating and building the County Courthouse and County Council offices.
We have also built some local shopping centers. These projects have been complex ones, in which the commercial functioning is associated with both, the residential and office. All the performed works have become cities’ landmark points.
In the residential constructions we have contributed in implementation of social housing development programs in collaboration with the National Housing Agency.
